Welcome to WAVE CRM. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

WAVE CRM is a WhatsApp Business CRM platform providing messaging, automation, and AI chatbots through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform Compliance

We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. You must strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy. Spamming is prohibited.

5. Messaging and Communication Rules

You must obtain explicit opt-in consent from recipients before sending messages. You must support the "STOP" keyword for opt-outs. Unsolicited messaging will result in account termination.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use WAVE CRM for illegal activities, harassment, sending malware, or violating third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, branding, and original content remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your customer data.

8. Payment Terms

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Payments are non-refundable unless legally required. Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled.

9. Data Processing

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability and SLA

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

WAVE CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or suspension by Meta/WhatsApp.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WAVE CRM against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or Meta policies. Upon termination, you may request data deletion.

14. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
